The kit includes a red weevil trap and all the attractants necessary for the first year. This red weevil trap is ideal for preventing beetles from attacking your palm trees. Place two to four per hectare on the edges of your farm, in strategic positions, to prevent insects from entering and infecting your palm trees. Its truncated cone-shaped design with a rough surface facilitates entry for individuals. Includes detailed instructions in English.

Pheromones are the main attractant and are a sexual hormone of the beetles. Kairomones are a very effective enhancer, as molecules exuded by palm trees which attract the red weevil. Both attractants should be renewed at the beginning of spring and at the beginning of autumn.
