Shipping, return and privacy policy


We ship our products to countries in the European Union, treating live plants with the utmost care so that they arrive in perfect condition. As producers, all our plants are shipped accompanied by their own phytosanitary passport. When shipping your order, we will send you an email indicating that your order has been completed with your PDF invoice. From that moment, we are not responsible for the treatment of the product by the carrier. However, see our return policy below.


Our favorite shipping method for small and medium-sized goods is the carrier GLS. With this modality, the shipping price will be calculated and displayed at checkout before proceeding to the payment gateway, being the most convenient and fastest option for the customer. We make shipments on Mondays, so that the probability that the plants remain stored in the carrier’s facilities during a weekend is minimal. You can expect to receive your order, if there are no incidents, between Tuesday and Wednesday of the week following payment in the Iberian Peninsula and between Wednesday and Friday in the rest of Europe except the Balkan Peninsula, Fennoscandia, Eastern Europe and Islands, where it should arrive at the second week after paying for your order.

·Pick up in Candeleda

We offer all our customers the “Pick up in Candeleda” option so that the customer has the possibility of going in person, or sending any transport company, to pick up an order at our facilities in Candeleda (Ávila) without any added cost from us. In the event that you are going to send a carrier to pick up a package, we recommend that you indicate our address, telephone, and email, which you can find in the ‘Information/Contact’ page, and that you tell us in advance when the order is expected to be picked up.


For large volume orders, either due to the size of the plants or the number of plants ordered, we enable “pallet” among the shipping options. If you select this option, your order will be palletized and sent through a specialized freight transport company. In this case, we will look for the best option and, as soon as we have a budget for the shipment, you will receive a second link to make the corresponding payment. Please note that the shipment of the merchandise will only take place after you pay the shipping cost. In the event that the cost of shipping on a pallet is not interesting to you, you can search for and send a transport company of your choice or we will proceed to cancel your order and refund the payment.


Our plants are always shipped in perfect health conditions and safely and reliably packaged. In case of receiving a damaged plant, the transport company must be claimed, and for this reason it is essential, as soon as the order is received and before signing its receipt, to inspect the package and, in case of detecting any damage, leave a record of it in the delivery note. In addition, you must take photographs of the damaged product and send these photos to our email as backup information for the claim.

If you receive a product in good condition but have changed your mind and wish to return it, you will have a maximum period of 5 days from receipt of the product to return it. If you wish to return a product, send us an email with the order number, indicating which product(s) of the order you wish to return and attaching a photograph of that product(s) and we will tell you how to proceed. Please note that when you return the product you will be refunded the price of the product, not the shipping costs. In addition, note that you will be personally resposible for organizind and assuming the costs of the return shippment.


When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images to the web, you should avoid uploading images with location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the web can download and extract any location data from images on the web.

If you leave a comment on our site you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. This is for your convenience, so you don’t have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and connect to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal data and is deleted when the browser is closed.

When you sign in, we will also set various cookies to save your login information and screen display options. Access cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include personal data and simply indicates the ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically, instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Of the users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they can’t change their username). Webmasters can also view and edit that information.

If you have an account or have left comments on this website, you can request to receive an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
