At Palmer Brothers, we specialise in growing palm trees, with a particular focus on species diversity and their adaptability to different climates. As authorised growers, we offer carefully cultivated plants and a selection of products for their care and protection. We are not mass producers: we focus on quality, the diversity of our catalogue and personalised service. That is why we offer our professional customers quotes tailored to the specific requirements and size of each order.
If you run a nursery, garden centre, landscaping company, gardening business or another type of professional operation, you can apply for special commercial terms on orders exceeding €200, excluding taxes and shipping costs. Rather than applying automatic discounts, we assess each request individually, taking into account the products requested, quantities and availability.
How to Request a Quote
Register your professional account. Create an account in our online store and email us at info@palmerbrothers.es with your company name, VAT or tax identification number, and the email address associated with your account. Once we have verified your details, we will enable access to our professional offers.
Prepare your order. Add the products you are interested in to your cart and select your address and shipping method.
Request a quote. If the product subtotal exceeds €200, excluding taxes and shipping costs, you will find the “Request a Professional Quote” button on the checkout page, after the cart page. Click it to submit your request. No payment is required.
Receive our proposal. We will review your request and let you know the personalised price we can offer.
Decide and pay when you are satisfied. If you accept our offer, you can access your order through “My Account” and pay using any of the available payment methods.
Requesting a quote does not require any payment or oblige you to accept the offer. Discounts are assessed individually and are not guaranteed simply by reaching a particular order value.
Shipping tailored to every order
We ship to various destinations across Europe, offering transport options tailored to the weight, volume and characteristics of the products.
GLS: for orders that meet the weight and size requirements, with home delivery or delivery to available parcel collection points.
Pallet shipping: for larger plants and bulky orders.
Collection in Candeleda (Ávila): you can collect your order in person or arrange for a transport company of your choice to collect it from our premises.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, weight and available shipping options, and are displayed during checkout. For professional orders, we can also assess specific transport requirements.

Invoicing and Intra-Community VAT
The prices displayed in our store include applicable taxes.
Spanish businesses and professionals: We issue invoices containing your company’s tax details. Input VAT may be deductible where applicable, in accordance with the tax regulations governing your business activity.
Businesses in other European Union countries: If your business has a valid intra-Community VAT number registered in the VIES system, supplies of goods to another EU Member State may be invoiced without Spanish VAT, provided all legal requirements are met. To arrange this, please provide your intra-Community VAT number and billing details. We will verify its validity and confirm the applicable tax treatment before payment is finalised.
